Campaign for the Capsule Dior Icons

Dior’s creative director Kim Jones about Dior Icons said: “i talked ablut clothing and fabrication with Robert a lot because he has a huge interest in fashion. I thought it would be perfect for him to wear Dior Icons because we discussed it in the conception of the collection. He is a good friend of mine so it seemed it would be nice for him to model in it”.

British actor and model Robert Pattinson is the man in charge for the new campaign for “the exceptional Dior Icon Capsule”.

Passion – word does not divide society but unites men in a timeless style – for dressing.

For any moment, the clothes in the capsule give a visual tone of lightness thanks to fine and refined fabrics such as cashmere, virgin wool and poplin. The essential items for men are all present from the coat, to the leather jacket, to knitwear, to the denim suit. The colors are kept away from being loud. A Dior Gallop shoulder bag, in a mini version, has an aluminum buckle finish, with the name of the founder of the Maison.

The campaign has been conceived by British photographer Alasdair McLellan in an open air set with sunshine and warm atmospheres, between color and black and white.

Kim Jones’ capsule for Dior highlights men’s essentials that fit into the everyday wardrobe with refinement and elegance. Icons becomes complementary to the seasonal collection, redefining the contemporary classic for the man with his strengths and weaknesses.
