Dior Men’s Summer 2024 Collection

by Alain Chivilò

Five years at Dior for Creative Director Kim Jones who, on the occasion of the 2024 Men’s Summer Collection, renews the impetus for his way of conceiving the collection starting from his heritage.

The campaign designed by Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti can only be fun and cute with colors such as orange, yellow, pink, green and blue rendered in pastel shades to enrich the photographic shot. For example, the shoe on the model’s head is an image that will probably have its visibility in the next months.

In an airy, purely summer climate, everything is with the founder of the Maison, from the past to the present through Jones’ creations. In the collection, centrality is given to Tweed fabric, cotton and wool yarns, for today’s outfits. Mixed colors but also grey, beige, black, light blue and pink. Christian’s dog print and the classics for men divided into jackets, polo shirts, shirts, trousers in a youthful and casual look. Always present are the laser-cut Dior charms, the letters “D, I, O, R” and the leather worked into shoes.

Next to the presentation, Paris Fashion Week, for Men’s Autumn Winter 2024 – 2025, the Men’s Summer 2024 by creative director Kim Jones is more alive than ever.
