Italy takes center stage and scores a first and third place with Brignone and Goggia.

Federica Brignone reads the track at her best, anticipating the lines without going too far in possible handling errors, 1.21.58, + 0.44 Kajsa Vickhoff Lie, + 0.59 Sofia Goggia.

Federica Brignone, 24th career victory and third of the season, puts herself in the fight for the overall, surprising her compatriot Sofia Goggia in her fast disciplines. The two Italian women will fight until the end, competing for points, victories and placings with Shiffrin, Gut-Behrami and Vlhova from now on. Next race in Courchevel (Night Slalom).

In the overall, nothing is still precluded, maintaining the performance among the top five places: Mikaela Shiffrin 620, Federica Brignone 557, Lara Gut-Behrami 429, Sofia Goggia 396, Petra Vlhova 391.
